🔬 Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge on Equipment Qualification protocols such as IQ, OQ, and PLC Validations.

· Hands on experience in calibration , maintenance and troubleshooting of all type of field instruments like pressure, Level, Flow and Temperature measuring instruments & Transmitters , Control valves, PID controllers, Data loggers, Solenoid valves, Proximity and Photo electric sensors

· Hands on experience PLC, HMI and SCADA control panel troubleshooting of all kind of signals like DI, DO, AI &AO of different process control equipment’s.

· Hands on Experience in VFD’s troubleshooting

· Handling all kind of maintenance and breakdowns of sterile area equipment’s Vial, Ampoule, Lyo.

🎓 Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech

Preferably in the Formulations/Injectables.

Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLC, HMI.
