 100% visual inspection of injectable products
 Ensure compliance with GMP & GDP
 Operate manual/semi‑automatic inspection systems
Support in maintaining sterile quality standards

 Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering.
 3-10 years of experience in sterile/visual inspection operations
Strong attention to detail & good visual acuity

𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬:
 𝐕𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 – Responsible for operating and monitoring vial filling machines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GMP standards.

 𝐋𝐲𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐋𝐲𝐨) 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫– Handles freeze-drying processes, monitors cycles, and ensures product integrity during lyophilization.

 Roles & Responsibilities
The role involves managing new product launches and lifecycle management across global markets. Key areas include:

Core Responsibilities:
 Maintain Design History Files (DHF) for combination products across their lifecycle.
 Prepare DHF for site transfers of combination products.
 Participate in design verification phases during combination product development and contribute to technical assessments.
 Handle market complaints, perform thorough investigations to identify root causes, and define effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
 100% Packaging Development of injectable products
