Job Description: Hiring For Team Member-Quality Control in Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd!
- Daily performance check and maintenance of Analytical balance, Conductivity meter, pH meter, FT-NIR and Hand balance.
- Cleaning and maintenance of Raw materials and API Products Sampling tools.
- Online monitoring of my SAP and LIMS activities and release as and when completes the analysis.
- Reporting of failures, incidents and concerns to the supervisors as and when happened.
- Shall be undergone the functional trainings as well as other training.
- Following of safety measures as per the given guidance.
- Ensuring that shift-work is handed-over appropriately to reliever before leaving the lab.
- Online analysis and documentation immediately after completion of activity.
- Ensuring housekeeping of laboratory & cleanliness in place.
- Review and submission of Bulk and Finished related documents to QA.
- Pasting of labels in time and ensure reconciliation of Raw materials, packing materials, Intermediates and Finished products labels.
- Temperature Recording of Quality control Lab.
- Any other job given by HOD.
- Ensure compliance to all cGMP, cGXP or any other regulatory requirements.
- Complete self-training.
- Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to managers.
