Job Description

Dr. Reddys Laboratories is inviting applications for the position of Territory Manager (TM) for the (Gastro/CP/GP) segment. The role involves driving sales performance, managing doctor relationships, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned territory independently

Drive prescription generation in (Gastro/CP/GP) segment

• Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Execute brand strategies and promotional activities
• Provide regular market feedback and reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 2–6 years
• Mandatory: Experience in the same HQ (Meerut)

Therapy Exposure: (Gastro/CP/GP)

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills
• Proven sales and territory handling capability
• Consistent track record of target achievement
