 Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, in collaboration with APSSDC, is holding a recruitment drive for its “Self Managed Teams (SMT)”. This program follows a “Learn while you Earn” model, providing freshers with manufacturing exposure and higher education opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18–20 years (born between April 2006 and April 2008)
• Education: Intermediate pass (MPC or BiPC groups only)
• Batches: Only 2025/26 pass-outs
• Academic Standing: Minimum 60% marks in all academics; no compartmental pass and no education gap
• Languages: Fluent in Telugu with a basic understanding of English

Benefits and Requirements

Salary: ₹2.09 lakh CTC per annum

Higher Education: Sponsored Dual Degree/Diploma from NTTF or a renowned university is mandatory

Accommodations: Hostel stay and subsidized canteen for the first 2 years

Job Role: Technical Trainees (TTs) will be deployed in manufacturing operations (Cleaning, Material Handling, Equipment Operations, and Maintenance) across 3 shifts.
