Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Walk-in On August 23, 2026 (Sunday) for Multiple Positions

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is hosting a Career Expo for OSD Engineering positions on August 23, 2026 (Sunday) between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The job location for all openings is Pydibhimavaram, and the interview venue is Dr. Reddy’s Leadership Academy in Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh.

Open Engineering Positions

Process Equipment Maintenance

  • Experience: 3 to 6 Years
  • Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering
  • Key Skills: Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment (Tube Filling, Cartooning, Blister Packing, Printing Machines, and Cabot/Robot systems); PLC/SCADA programming, Automation/IoT systems, P&ID/PFD interpretation, and continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, Kaizen).

Team Member – Water Systems

  • Experience: 6 to 10 Years
  • Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering
  • Key Skills: Operation and maintenance of water treatment systems (RO, EDI, PW, WFI, and Pure Steam generation); troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and regulatory mandates.

Team Member – HVAC

  • Experience: 3 to 8 Years
  • Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech
  • Key Skills: Operation and maintenance of HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, LAFs, Pass Boxes, ventilation, and exhaust systems); monitoring critical parameters (temperature, humidity, differential pressure, airflow, energy consumption); ensuring GMP compliance via qualification support, audits, SOP management, and CAPAs.

Team Member – CIVIL

  • Experience: 3 to 8 Years
  • Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Key Skills: Preventive and breakdown maintenance of civil facilities and infrastructure; executing renovation and expansion projects; managing contractors and vendors; driving TPM, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Member – Electrical

  • Experience: 6 to 8 years in Electrical Maintenance within pharmaceutical/OSD environments
  • Qualification: Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
  • Key Skills: Supervising operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, PCC/MCC panels, and electrical distribution networks; ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, and electrical safety; valid 33kV/11kV Electrical Supervisor licensing required.
