Job Description:1).Attend to the queried from employees on HR & Payroll related areas that are processed by the shared services functions. Record the queries in form of cases or tickets for tracking purposes. Provide clarity to the queries and resolve issues associated with the query as per the defined company policy and procedures. Escalate issues that needs subject matter expert interference to the respective functional teams within shared services. Maintains history of records and related problem documentation.
