Stn Cell ECHS HQ 51 Sub Area invites applications from ESM to engage following Medical, Para- Medical & Non Medical Staff on contractual basis in Regional Centre ECHS Guwahati & GMCH Guwahati on ESM vacs for the period from 01 Aug 2025 to 31 Mar 2026 for ESM

concerned ECHS Polyclinic / Est. All Vacs are for ESM, Veer Naris, Widow of ESM only. In case no ESM is available then preference during selection will be given to civilians candidates, if found fit.

3. Last Date of Receipt of Applications. Application as per requisite format along with self attested documents will be submitted to Receipt & Dispatch Section Stn Cell HQ 51 Sub Area Guwahati or Online Mode at echsghystncell@yahoo.in by 05 Jul 2025. Applications received after 14.00 hours on 05 Jul 2025 will be rejected. Appointment for the above posts will be as per Central Org ECHS letter No B/49760/ AG/ ECHS(R)/2017 dated 22 Dec 2017. 4. Interview Date, Timing & Venue. Interview is likely to be conducted by 20 Jul 2025.

Short listed candidates will be called for interview. Place and time of interview will be intimated separately.

Candidate must bring all original documents at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible. Only candidates meeting the Qualitative Requirements may apply.

5. IMP NOTICE (Terms and conditions)

(a) Employment of Pharmacist, DEO and Female Attendant for ECHS Polyclinic Guwahati are subject to receipt of Approval / Sanction from higher HQs.

(b) Handing / Taking Over of Key Appointments. 10 Days of handing / taking over between MO at Polyclinics would be carried out for smooth function of the est. The newly selected candidates will undergo unpaid 10 days On the Job Training (OJT) unpaid and obtain a cert from OIC ECHS Polyclinic before signing the contract.

(c) Submission of Annual Proper ty Return (Declaration of Assets). Candidates selected for the appts
of MO is mandated to submit an Annual Return (APR) of movable and immovable assets to this Stn HQ before tenanting the appt.
