Job Description: Hiring For Research Associate, R&D Chemist in Elixir Pharma !
Roles and Responsibilities
Synthesis and scale-up of organic molecules/intermediates
- Perform literature studies and evaluate data to summaries the route selection strategy and identify challenges
- Lead the team to screen, validate and execute routes for APIs
- Use a variety of analytical methods, TLC, HPLC and GC to monitor reaction processes and Interpretation of analytical results.
- Design and run experiments as per the plan provided
- Support in Troubleshoot & or improve existing processes
- Maintain a summary of results obtained in laboratory, documentation in lab journals.
- Identify the cost effective routes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3-6 years experience in PHARMA API Industries
- MALE CANDIDATE WILL BE PREFERRED
