Roles and Responsibilities
Carryout the HPLC & UV analysis Exhibit/RLD batches MMD study as per the controlled method of Analysis
Carryout the Dissolution Method Validations/Verifications/Transfers
Review of analytical data & reports related to HPLC & UV
Responsible for maintenance of HPLC Columns & chemical Standards
Follow GDP & DI policies
Record all incidents, deviations, Observations in Lab Notification Form
Ensure that all glassware is cleaned as per process
Ensure that all Columns are distributed as per Procedure
Ensure that all Working Standards are qualified before use
Daily calibration of instruments as required
Ensure all Instruments are within status of calibration and are qualified.
Ensure that all analysis is completed within stipulated time
Ensure segregation of samples submitted.
Discard all Completed Samples as soon as test is completed
Ensure that all Audit Trails are reviewed, and that all data is backed up as per Policy
Preparation and review of Multimedia Dissolution Protocols/Reports
Preparation and Review of Dissolution by HPLC/UV method Validation/Verification/Transfer Protocols/Reports
