- Selection Process: The selection will beimmediate openings on the basis of Interview.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for client’s production processing operations with minimum 1 to 3 years of experience, where the candidate will process and run the daily, weekly and monthly batch processing cycles for Financial institutions on multicurrency / multi-institutional payment card transaction processing platform.
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing Critical File activity to ensure timely processing within SLA.
- Escalate to appropriate party any late, missing, or incorrect Files until problem has been resolved.
- implement defined error procedures; Escalate to on-call support teams as necessary for any production processing issues.
- Experience in working with File processing to Schemes (Visa, Master etc)
- Previous experience of working in service delivery environment in a payment card acquisition related Services Role.
- Experience with workload automation or job schedulers will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, Windows, Unix, and payment cycle knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge on Splunk, Control M, Visa Edit package, Batch monitoring tool will be an added advantage.
- Operational knowledge with incident, problem, change management and root cause analysis will be an added advantage.
- Function on 24/7 shift model.
- Job Location: Thane, Mumbai.
