Job description
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional for our Formulation facility @ Daman (UT).
A professional with Bachelor & Master Degree in HR with at least 5 years of experience in Plant HR Generalist profile;
Responsibilities;
-30% Talent Acquisition and 70% generalist profile
– Manage Entire Employee Life cycle from Onboarding to Full and Final Settlements
– DTC for HR for all SOP activities
– Organize and Coordinate Training & Development Activities
– Maintaining various HR related MIS
– Employee Engagement Activities
Skills;
