 Grade Intern:

Position Title:  Intern/Analyst

The Intern/Analyst is a key member of BAaaS team and is involved deliverable of key projects.

Analyst primary responsibility will be ensuring the accuracy of the information.

Analytical capabilities and hands-on work experience in Data Cleaning & Analysis-related activities. Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various sources.

Data Cleaning: Ensure data quality by identifying and correcting errors.

Data Analysis: Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate insights.

Reporting: Create visualizations and reports to present findings.

Support: Assist senior analysts with ongoing projects and tasks.

Research: Conduct research to identify trends and patterns.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of methodologies and results.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.

Learning: Continuously develop skills in data analytics tools and techniques.

Presentation: Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Qualification & Skills:

• B. Tech, BS or Business Administration, Post-Graduation in Statistics, B Pharma & M Pharma
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Very strong detail orientation
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Service/Project/program management skills
• Strong analytical, conceptual, process-thinking skills with the ability to develop consensus and drive to action
• Ability to work in a large, multi-cultural and complex global matrix environment

• Languages: Fluency in English required
• Must have understanding of database concepts

  • Experience in Pharma – analytics/ consulting/ KPO required
