Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible to maintain the discipline at work area and respect to superiors.

2. To follow the company Quality policy and EHS policy.

3. To follow Safety & Environment requirements in the manufacturing area.

4. Responsible to maintain cGMP norms in the manufacturing area.

5. To follow the standard operation procedures (SOPs) for operations.

6. To monitor and implementing procedures as per pre-approved instructions in manufacturing area.

7. Should be maintain the shop floor work area always clean and tidy.

8. To follow and Monitoring of process as per the pre-approved instructions mentioned in BPR.

9. Responsible to indenting and receiving of BPRs and all production related documents.

10. Responsible to indenting and receiving of Raw Materials & Packing materials issuance and verify the weights & their corresponding quantities of Raw Materials & Packing materials as per the requisition.

11. Responsible to submit the samples as mentioned in the BPR to QC for analysis the obtain results shall be entering in BPR, if any results abnormalities observed immediately inform to superiors.

12. In case of any deviation, report the same to the reporting authority and action taken as per instructions provided by reporting authority.

13. Responsible for Review of executed Batch Production records and handover to Quality assurance department.

14. Ensuring equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance proceedings as per schedule.

15. Responsible to maintain all necessary records and documents related to the process.

16. Ensuring of materials storage and handling as per defined procedures.

17. Responsible to follow the labeling procedure as per SOP.

18. Responsible assign work & instructions to his subordinates as per requirement.

19. In absence of reporting authority, reporting will be done to next level person.

20. Responsible for properly handing over shift-ending tasks to the people on the next shift.

21. Shall Follow the any other activity as assigned by reporting authority.

22. Responsible to attend the scheduled training programs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Location Preference: Candidates from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana only.
• Experience Level: Freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience.
