About the Job:
We are searching for a customer support executive and wants to make a real impact on the DPO. As a Senior executive, you will Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and complaints regarding store operations and products. Answers and initiates a variety of real-time inbound and outbound voice-based communications in English to support customer care. Provides real time expertise and customer service support to clients customers. They are required to meet all performance indicators established as part of the operation and other operational metrics as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
- Gathers information, research/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
- Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs
- Makes recommendations to customer based on the inquiry and what the company guidelines allow
- Minimize call escalation through effective communication and knowledge of companys policies and procedures
- Complies with schedule adherence and productivity metrics
- Adjust performance based on coaching and quality feedback.
- Adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators, such as quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE – The minimum education requirements are:
College studies preferred. High school diploma at minimum.
Freshers/ Experienced both can apply.
Experience in in a call center, customer service or front office center environment.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Fluent in English, both written & verbal
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills.
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
Excels at operating in a fast-paced environment
Ability to look at situations from several points of view
Persuasive with details and facts.
High comfort level working in a diverse environment, under pressure to support customers at a world class level service
Experience in retail support (preferred)
Voice Customer Service Experience
Committed to work in a remote environment.
Responsible in completing assigned tasks.
