🔹 Project Management (Exp. 4+ yrs):

• Cross-functional coordination (FR&D, AR&D, RA, QA/QC)

• Timeline tracking & tech transfer understanding

🔹 Regulatory Affairs (Exp. 0–3 yrs):

• Regulatory documentation & eCTD/CTD knowledge

• Team coordination & compilation support.
