• Assist in day-to-day production activities as per SOPs and GMP guidelines
• Operate and monitor production processes and equipment
• Ensure proper documentation and batch record maintenance
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams
• Follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards on the shop floor
• Support seniors in troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
