Job Title: QA Officer

Location: Manjusar, Savli

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Qualification: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc. Chemistry

CTC: 2.4 – 3.1 LPA

Gender: Female Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities.
• Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for medical devices and pharmaceutical formulations.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and review batch records to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Handle deviations, change control, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Support validation activities and ensure documentation accuracy.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of QA procedures in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with IPQA, SOP development, and compliance documentation.
• Knowledge of GMP, WHO, and regulatory standards.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Production Officer

Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production processes for pharmaceutical formulations or medical devices.
• Ensure production activities are performed as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance if required.
• Manage workforce and ensure smooth production workflow.
• Maintain production records and report deviations.
• Collaborate with QC and QA teams for process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of pharmaceutical or medical device production processes.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot production issues.
