Job Title: Quality Assurance/IPQA Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance/IPQA to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to cGMP compliance, supervising production and store departments, and conducting in-process quality checks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Ensure cGMP compliance and adherence to SOPs

– Supervise production and store departments

– Conduct in-process quality checks and documentation

– Verify dispensing activities and line clearance

– Facilitate training sessions and collaborate with departments

– Manage Pharma Cloud work orders and conduct impact assessments

– Ensure audit compliance and participate in internal and external audits

– Update daily task reports and perform other tasks as assigned

Preferred Candidate Profile:

– Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Sciences, or related field

– Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry

– Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and quality control procedures

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities

Core Skills & Competencies:

– Attention to detail and analytical skills

– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

– Effective communication and teamwork skills

– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

– Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations

Experience and Qualifications:

– Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry

– Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Sciences, or related field

– Certification in quality assurance or a related field is an added advantage

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing daily production tasks, maintaining work discipline, and ensuring adherence to cGMP and Good Documentation Practice in the Production Department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Execute daily production tasks based on schedule

– Supervise multiple stages of production

– Perform line clearance activities

– Carry out activities as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR)

– Conduct in-process testing and troubleshooting

– Maintain cleaning procedures and records

– Facilitate training sessions

– Support internal and external audits

Preferred Candidate Profile:

– Bachelor’s degree in science, Pharmacy, or related field

– Strong knowledge of cGMP, Good Documentation Practice, and production procedures

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
