We are hiring for QC AMV Officer at our Panvel factory.

(OSD, Semi solids, Penicillin OSD Plants)

Below are the details for the same:

Qualification: M.Sc – Organic / Analytical chemistry

Job location: Kamothe, Panvel

Experience: 1 to 3 years in QC – AMV section (COMPULSORY)

No of vacancies: 2 vacancies – Male candidates ONLY due to rotational shifts working

Role & responsibilities

1.To carry out testing of Raw materials, Intermediates, finished products, all types of

validation samples, market complaints and Analytical Method Validation.

2.Responsible to maintain usage log of instruments and Registers.

3.Responsible for calibration of laboratory instrument.

4.To ensure proper standardization of volumetric solutions, reagents etc. used for wet

analysis.

5.To ensure proper working of all the laboratory instrument.

6. Responsible for maintain record and consumption of Reference & Working standards.

7.To analyse stability sample and maintain records of the same.

8.Responsible for Updating any Pharmacopeial changes.

9.To adhere to Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practice and Good

Documentation Practice.

10.To have knowledge of relevant SOPs and relevant software.

11.To maintain proper records.

12.To communicate with Production Department and Contract Testing Labs.
