🔬 About the Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Analytical R&D, Quality Control, Microbiology, and Quality Assurance/IPQA teams. This is an excellent  opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical/manufacturing industry.

🧪 Open Positions

1. Analytical R&D (ARD)
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct analytical method development and validation
– Perform HPLC, GC, UV, IR and other instrument-based analysis
– Support formulation and product development teams
– Prepare test reports and maintain documentation

2. Quality Control (QC)

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
– Conduct stability studies
– Operate analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV etc.)
– Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines

3. Microbiology

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct microbial limit tests, sterility tests, and environmental monitoring
Perform microbial analysis of raw materials and finished products
– Maintain culture preparations and laboratory documentation
– Support microbiological validations and audits

4. Quality Assurance / IPQA

Key Responsibilities:
– Review batch records and ensure GMP compliance
– Monitor manufacturing activities on the shop floor
– Support internal audits, documentation, and CAPA
– Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality systems

🎓 Required Qualification

M.Sc in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry/Biochemistry/Microbiology
