Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct quality control tests on chemical products using various analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometry, etc.
Prepare and review documentation related to test results, reports, and certificates of analysis.
Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality and process optimization.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by following cGMP guidelines.
1.Preparation of Monthly production planning, statements and follow up
2. Raw material indenting, quantity verification and storage in adequate storage conditions.
3. Intermediates, final products Packing materials , recovery solvents stocks maintaining
and transferring to the ware house
4. Process aids indenting, verification and maintenance.
5. Verification Usage log books and Status boards.
6. Involvement in Change controls, Deviations, OOS, Customer complaints investigations.
7. Supporting in preparation of supporting data for the Change controls, Deviations, OOS ,
Customer complaints like Summary report, annexure, Equipment occupancy report,
Formats etc.
8. Supporting in APQR preparation through Production data.
9. Equipment cleaning records indenting and raising request for line clearance.
10. Housekeeping, Temperature and humidity, Cold storage, Magnehelic gauges and
Weighing balances calibration records maintaining.
11. Equipment preventive maintenance, calibration clearance according to the production
planning.
12. Work Permit line clearance and follow up.
13. Pre-validation, Validation planning, preparation of protocol and report, Batch monitoring
and data collection.
14. Documents indenting like BPCRs, Log books, Formats etc.
15. BPCRs, ECRs attaching supporting data, primary review to support HOD/ Designee.
16. Activity monitoring at shop floor in line with online document updating.
17. Supporting and involving in New equipments Installation and Qualifications.
18. Intermediate and finished intermediate analytical test request follow up and Stocks hand
overing through transfer note to the Ware house.
19. Handling of leftover materials return to warehouse as per MRN procedure.
20. Documents retrieval on daily and yearly basisRole & responsibilities
