Roles and Responsibilities

Develop new chemical entities through organic synthesis.

Design, execute, and optimize organic reactions using various techniques such as microwave heating, ultrasonication, etc.

Conduct research on novel catalysts and solvent systems to improve reaction efficiency and selectivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chemistry into overall process development.

Troubleshoot issues related to reaction conditions, purification methods, and product quality.
