Role & responsibilities

Monitoring and control of unit operations like cell separation, filtration, concentration, drying etc at scale.

Support with sampling, processing of samples, biochemical assays, product analysis.

Capable of performing scale-down experiments.

Documentation of batch manufacturing records, deviation, and investigation reports.

Follows GMP procedures.

Supports proactive process monitoring through assay and process data collection.

Conducts bioprocessing related to harvest, concentration, separation, drying etc.

Responsible for maintenance of all required equipment.

Maintains comprehensive record of data.

Contributes to production planning, data analysis, writing of technical reports and other required documentation.

The position is full-time. Work will be on shift basis on weekly rotation.

Academic:

M.Sc./B.Tech in Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/Biochemical Engineering/Bioprocess Engineering or other related field.

Experience:

Work experience freshers or 1 to 5 years of work experience in Bio-industrial, Chemical Industry , Pharma, Dairy or life sciences.

Experience in standard analytical, biological, and wet chemistry laboratory equipment as well as experience in aseptic technique and GMP practices.
