This is a full-time on-site role in customer service for US customers, located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities of this role include handling inbound customer queries, resolving customer complaints, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, US Customer Service Agents will collaborate with team members to meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

*Proficiency in English, both in spoken and written form, of an exceptional caliber.
Demonstrated capacity to adeptly navigate and concurrently manage multiple computer software applications.
*Aptitude for functioning effectively within a high-velocity operational milieu, providing customers with solutions that are both lucid and succinct.
*Flexibility in terms of availability, encompassing the capacity to work during shifts that may encompass evenings, night shifts and rotational shifts.
*Adaptability to a work environment structured around performance-oriented objectives and targets.
