Production – DCS & Shift Incharge

1) DCS Associate (04 Vacancies)

Qualification & Experience : Diploma in Chemical / B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry (2-8 years’ experience in handling DCS/ PLC/ SCADA)

Job Deliverables – Production 

•Carry out process operations using DCS, monitor field activities & check field related documents.

•Control monitor and record all process parameter in defined format and ensuring quality. Coordinate with other department and maintain GHK and hygiene in the area.

•To perform and monitor 5S, JH activities in the plant defined area/ equipment.

•Follow SOPs for plant activities as defined in manual for DCS. Knowledge of field and Safety needed.

2) Shift InCharge (07 Vacancies)

Qualification & Experience : B.E or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (3-8 years’ experience required)

Key Deliverables – Production

•Planning production activity and manage daily operations in plant facility

•Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility with quality products and zero customer complaints within timeline.

•Knowledge of handled chemical and manage troubleshooting to break Down

•Test and monitor plant processes and maintain all administrative records

•Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines

•Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports

•Teamwork with collaboration within team and cross functional department

•Driving cost effective improvements in the plant
