Role & responsibilities

Ensure the Receipt of the raw/packing materials, consumables. Receipts issues discuss with CFT’s and complete the GRN’s with in the timelines.

Co-ordinate with Production blocks and plan the dispensing activities as per the production plan.

Monitoring of the retest and expiry materials.

Material segregation as per the procedure, Compatibility and storage condition.

Ensure the area cleanings, weighing balance calibrations, Temperature records updation, Rack location updation, Dedicated Hose pipes cleaning status label updation.

Dispensing shall be performed against the process order /reservation within the timeline with coordinate with production blocks.

Underground solvent status boards updating on daily basis.

Solvent and liquids reconciliation.

Solvent sheds/Underground solvent storage tanks/ cold rooms maintenance as per the procedure.
