Job Description for Quality Assurance:

Preparation & Review & approval of master validation schedule & Validation Master Plan.

Preparation & Review of SOPs related to the Validations.

Preparation, Review & Approval of executed validation protocols, reports.

Coordinating with the validation team members and cross functional departments for executing the validation activities and its supervision.

Review of layouts and drawings related to facility, utility and equipment.

Conducting SOP, GxP and on job trainings to the validation team members.

Participate in FAT and SAT of equipment & Review of Vendor documents.

Handling of new projects related to validation & Assessment of Deviations and Change Control.

Conducting & involvement in validation activities as per the schedule and ensure cGMP compliance in all related activities.

Maintenance and upkeep of all validation documents & Participate in self-inspection, customer & regulatory audits.

Delegate the responsibilities to the reporting authority in absence.

Ensure compliance with GXP requirements, Data Integrity and escalate the issues to the reporting authority
