Role & responsibilities
1. Responsible for carrying out chemical testing of water from utilities /Production/Pilot/QCD and ensured that there is no unusual substance present which might be deleterious to the manufacturing process or appear as a harmful impurity in the final product.
2. Responsible of sampling raw materials and packaging materials from WHD used in the formulation and packaging of vaccines.
3. Responsible for monitoring the physical and chemical characteristics like (pH, conductivity, Viscosity and Free formaldehyde content) from the produced vaccines.
4. Responsible for preparing Standard Operating procedures required for QC-Microbiological testing.
5. Responsible for documentation and maintenance of the records in compliance with cGMP/GLP/GDP and ISO standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Should have at least 2 years of QC chemist experience in Pharma industry.
Should be good in Water Analysis- PH,TOC
Moisture Testing- KF Titrator, Wet Analysis,
Educational:
MSc- Organic Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry
BSc- Chemistry with at least 3 years of experience
