• Job Title: Inspection – Sensum Operator
• Work Location: Gagillapur, Hyderabad
• Department: Production – Manufacturing
• Experience: 2 to 7 Years
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) or B.Sc. (Chemistry or related field)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Sensum Inspection Machines for tablets and capsules as per batch manufacturing instructions.

Monitor machine performance, identify visual defects, and take timely corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety guidelines at all times.

Maintain proper documentation of inspection activities, deviations, and quality checks.

Perform cleaning and line clearance of equipment and surrounding work areas.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance for smooth operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically with Sensum Inspection Systems.
• Good understanding of cGMP practices, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Strong documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
