Walk-in 5th September – Formulation, QC & Technology Transfer

Role & responsibilities

Technology Transfer (Formulation)- 3-5yrs

* Lead process scale-up from lab/pilot to commercial manufacturing.

* Optimize critical process parameters (CPPs) and material attributes (CMAs).

* Drive end-to-end technology transfer (TT), including dossiers and BMR/BPR preparation.

*Collaborate with manufacturing for engineering, exhibit, and validation batch.

Quality Control 2-5yrs

* Strong exposure to analytical method validation/verification/transfer.

* IP/FP/Stability testing using LC/GC/Spectroscopy. (OSD & PFOS preferred)

* Well-versed in GxP/QMS & proficient in Empower, LIMS, Nichlon, QAMS, and DMS.

Formulation (FRD) – 4-8Yrs

* Conduct literature reviews, finished product evaluations, and gather relevant scientific and technical information.

* Develop, maintain, and update laboratory systems and documentation, including SOPs, IQ/OQ/PQ documents, training records, and related quality documents.

* Perform pre-formulation studies and laboratory trials, and prepare detailed development reports.

* Execute laboratory, pilot-scale, and scale-up trials while ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting.

* Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of development activities and project deliverables.

* Contribute to process improvements, operational excellence initiatives, and organizational development programs.
