Supervise the packing of oral solid dosage (OSD) forms like tablets, capsules, and powders.

Ensure packaging complies with GMP and regulatory guidelines.

Inspect and verify the quality of packaging materials before use.

Monitor packing machinery, ensuring efficient and smooth operation.

Ensure accurate labeling of products with batch numbers, expiry dates, and other details.

Perform in-process quality checks to maintain product integrity and accuracy.

Maintain detailed records of packing activities, including batch and quality control data.

Ensure proper sealing and protection of packed products to prevent contamination.

Lead and train packing staff for efficient and timely production.

Identify and implement improvements to optimize packing processes and reduce waste
