QA Officer / Sr. Officer (QMS )

Job Profile:

• Familiar with Investigation Methods and Tools like Fish Bone. 5 Why/WHY-WHY analysis.
• Responsible for Issuance, Log-in and Review of Deviation/ Incident
• Responsible for Issuance, Log-in and Review of Change Control
• Responsible for Issuance, Log-in and Review of CAPA.
• Handling of Market Complaint and Recall of product
• Handling Vendor Management.
• Handling of Art work and shades cards.
• Preparation of Trends of QMS elements
• Responsible for preparation & review of Investigation Impact assessment and Risk Assessment.
• Responsible for Audit & Compliance including Internal and External Audit Compliance.
• Responsible for Preparation & review of Standard Operating Procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Should be from Pharma – injectable formulation background

Should have knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11.

Preferred who can work in a shift and is willing to work at location Pithampur , Near Indore (M.P)

Officer- Quality Control (Micro)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Inspection of plates for environmental monitoring in manufacturing line.
• Inspection of plates for environmental monitoring in RM, PM store, warehouse area.
• Air sampling and surface Monitoring in manufacturing line.
• DP monitoring of DPB of Microbiology area.
• Plate transfer from Microbiology area to QA Officer / Sr. Officer (QMS )/Officer- Quality Control (Micro) area.
• Inspection and observation of media filled units.
• Environmental Monitoring plates incubation.
• Observation of settle plate, air sampling, surface monitoring plates.
• Responsible for trending of environment monitoring results.
• Performing the non-viable particle monitoring in Microbiology lab.
• Monitoring of Temperature and RH and differential pressure in Microbiology Lab.
• Maintenance of environmental monitoring data.
• Responsible for swab sampling from machine part and other product contact surface in line.
• PPM sampling during media fill & QA Officer / Sr. Officer (QMS )/Officer- Quality Control (Micro) activity.
