Job Profile:

• Familiar with Investigation Methods and Tools like Fish Bone. 5 Why/WHY-WHY analysis.
• Responsible for Issuance, Log-in and Review of Deviation/ Incident
• Responsible for Issuance, Log-in and Review of Change Control
• Responsible for Issuance, Log-in and Review of CAPA.
• Handling of Market Complaint and Recall of product
• Handling Vendor Management.
• Handling of Art work and shades cards.
• Preparation of Trends of QMS elements
• Responsible for preparation & review of Investigation Impact assessment and Risk Assessment.
• Responsible for Audit & Compliance including Internal and External Audit Compliance.
• Responsible for Preparation & review of Standard Operating Procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate Should be from Pharma – injectable formulation background
• Should have knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11.
• Preferred who can work in a shift and is willing to work at location Pithampur , Near Indore (M.P)
