Roles and Responsibilities;
- Candidates should be well versed in handling day to day manufacturing activities of process industry, handling of hazardous chemicals, high pressure reactors, pumps, chillers, & TFH.
- Maintain two way communications with Shift In charge/ Production In charge as regard to plant operations & provide timely & correct information & seek instructions from superiors for any untoward incident in the plant.
- Maintain best possible housekeeping & environmental standards in plant & suggest improvements wherever possible.
- Support Shift In charge in providing routine & specific training to contract staff.
- Strict Adherence of production procedures & maintaining log sheets by logging all observations in it & communicating with Shift In charge & seeking advice for on Off-track observation.
- Draw optimum output from contractor staff by doing proper planning of shift in charges instructions.
- Candidates with hands-on experience on PLC / DCS will be preferred.
