Senior Research Associate
Understand synthetic route and client requirements from Supervisor
Search literature to understand appropriate reaction procedure/anticipated challenges
Calculate reaction parameters and discuss with supervisor to finalization of execution plan.
Calculate molecular weights, Mm, equiv etc
Coordinate with relevant departments for procurement of required chemicals and delivery of final compounds.
Understand and discuss the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) with supervisor/team members
Execute multiple reactions in parallel maintaining specified conditions (Temperature, pressure etc)
Associate Scientist
Support supervisor to prepare weekly, monthly, final reports and cost sheets.
Sit through clients teleconferences and understand project requirements
Analyze clients feedback and propose solutions to supervisor to resolve their queries.
Ability to conduct cost benefit analysis and optimum usage of resources.
Understand synthetic route and client requirements from Supervisor
Train and develop team members.
Search literature to design and plan reactions as per the available infrastructure in consultation with supervisor.
Coordinate with relevant departments for procurement of required chemicals and delivery of final compounds.
Understand and discuss the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) with supervisor/team members
Selection Process: The selection will be on the basis of Interview.
