Job description:
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a BSc degree in chemistry and experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry. However, candidates with related degrees and no experience will also be considered.
As a Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Managing and updating the customer database
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information
- Coordinating and scheduling sales meetings and appointments
- Generating sales reports and analyzing data
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team
Qualifications:
- Minimum BSc degree in Chemistry or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry preferred, but not required
