HDFC Bank is hiring for the job role Sales Officers- Retail Agri Gurgaon/Delhi Location. Interested and suitable candidates can appear in the scheduled drive for interview, Fresh graduates are also welcome!

Designation: Retail Agri-KGC-Sales Officer

Experience: 0 – 3 years

Salary: 2-3 Lacs P.A.

Location : Gurugram, Delhi / NCR

Position description: Support Business team through various data analysis, telecalling etc.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and follow up with team for data collation
• Perform analysis of data and publishing MIS as per the set frequency ( Daily,Weekly, Monthly )
• Maintain and store data files and documents as per the required format
• Respond to queries pertaining to their MIS
• Co-ordinate for Administrative Activities of the Unit
• Helping the unit in all the Adhoc activities assigned by seniors from time to time.
• Make Reports, Dashboard and Powerpoint Presentation for the Unit
• Tellecalling internal or external stakeholders for various feedback and reporting to seniors

Additional Responsibilities:

• Any other task assigned by seniors from time to time.

Required Knowledge:• Good in excel and MS office

Required Skills:

• Data Management 

• Persuasion Skills

Job Specification & Skills Required

• Graduates (Any Stream) from accredited Universities
• Exp. 0 – 3 Years (Relevant) Freshers are also welcome.
• Agri Sales, Assets Products, Retail Assest business
• Good communication skills, convincing Skills Influencing & interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of banking Assets products & process
• Proactive & focused approached
• Sales Oriented and New business Aquisition
