Role & responsibilities:

In-Process Quality Monitoring

• Perform in-process checks at various stages of the OSD manufacturing process, including blending, compression, coating, packaging, and labeling.
• Verify the cleanliness, calibration, and functioning of equipment and machinery.
• Ensure that all critical parameters are within specified limits during the manufacturing of oral solid dosage forms.
• Review batch production records and ensure they are accurate and complete.

Documentation and Record Review

• Review and approve batch production records, logbooks, and other manufacturing documents to ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure proper documentation for any deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans, and investigations.
• Maintain accurate records of all in-process activities, inspections, and quality checks.

Preferred candidate profile:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification or training in GMP, Quality Assurance, or similar fields is desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-6 years of experience in IPQA or QA in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the manufacturing of Oral Solid Dosage forms.
• Candidate must be able to speak Telugu.
