About the Role:

As a Trainee Research Associate in our Formulation R&D team, you will support the development of robust and scalable pharmaceutical dosage forms aligned with regulatory and quality standards. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are passionate about pharmaceutical innovation and eager to build a career in formulation science within a dynamic and research-driven environment.

Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules), liquids, and other formulations under supervision.

Perform pre-formulation and formulation trials, compatibility studies, and stability studies as per protocols.

Operate and maintain lab-scale equipment (e.g., granulators, blenders, tablet press, dissolution tester).

Accurately document experimental data, observations, and results in lab notebooks and reports.

Coordinate with Analytical R&D and other support functions for sample analysis and interpretation.

Ensure adherence to cGMP, GLP, and safety norms within the R&D lab.

Assist in preparation of development reports, technology transfer documents, and regulatory submission data.

Required Skills and Attributes:

Strong academic foundation in pharmaceutics, formulation technology, or drug delivery.

Basic understanding of dosage form design, pharmaceutical excipients, and unit operations.

Familiarity with laboratory practices, safety procedures, and scientific documentation.

Good communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a regulated R&D environment.
