Roles and Responsibilities
Compilation and Coordination in submission of Drug Master Files in accordance with the filling
requirements of Regulatory Authorities like USFDA, EDQM, EMEA, TGA and Health Canada,
KFDA.
- Periodic update of USDMFs (Amendments & Annual Updates), European DMFs (DCP, NA, CP, MRP
Deficiencies).
- CEP Revisions & Renewals and updates to Canadian DMFs.
- Responsible for handling the customer queries on Applicants part on Drug Master Files.
- Responsible for Regulatory compliance for the products that are filed with the Health
Authorities.
- Interacting with all concerned departments (Production, QA, QC, R&D and projects)
concerning the Regulatory submissions and Compliance.
- Coordination with different departments for ensuring timely delivery of dossiers.
- Communication with customers regarding updates to information, covering all technical
aspects.
- Maintain Access Database on products submitted with Various Authorities.
