2. Human Resource (HR) Department:

• Qualification : MBA HR/ MHRM/Any Graduate/Post graduate with relevant experience

• Key Responsibility Area – Finance Operations

Job Description:
1. Preparation of Monthly MIS for performance monitoring of the company
2. Design and implement inventory MIS with all relevant KPIs
3.Inventory review and monitoring, Monitoring and review of slow moving/non moving and excess inventory across plants for minimization of losses
4.Development of the procurement MIS capturing variances for all material procurements
5.Assistance and review of financials
6. Review of monthly factory overheads with site teams and identify /highlight relevant insights for management decision making
7.Preparation of payment plan and monitor vendor payments on timely basis
8.Co-ordination for audit and preparation of Audit Schedules
9.Responsible for identifying and driving improvement and evaluation of:
a. Cost control and reduction initiatives
b. Capex proposals
c. Optimization of Idle time
10. Review of product margins and reconciliation with profit and loss account
11. Ensure budgetary control
