Role & responsibilities
JD FOR MECHANICL
1. Centrifugal pumps, mechanical seals ,gear boxes , water hydrojets and hydraulic power pack
and cylinder relevant work experience required Adhering Quality, Safety,Environmental policy
2. Co-ordination and execution of Plant day to day activities.
3. Co-ordination and execution of preventive maintenance of Equipments like Reactor, ANFD, Centrifuge etc.
4. Co-ordination & execution of General Job orders.
5. Maintaining good housekeeping at work areas.
6. Attending Building Maintenance and Break down maintenance activities.
7. Energy Conservation.
8. Coordination and execution of AHU Filters Cleaning.
JD FOR Electrician
1. Co-ordination and Execution of Electrical activities as per schedule.
2. Co-ordination and Execution of preventive maintenance of Electrical Equipments and electrical Break down activities of equipments.
3. Daily Monitoring of electrical maintenance.
4. Ensuring safety work place.
5. Follow-up of Power Saving activities in plant .
6. Adhering quality, safety and environment policy.
7. Maintaining good housekeeping at working areas and ensure for Audit readiness.
8. Attending in Shifts & Execution of Electrical break down activities.
Coordination and execution of plant day to day activities
JD FOR Utilities
1. Day to day activities like General, Break down and Preventive maintenance.
2. Daily monitoring of utility and Boiler Operations.
3. Performing the Preventive maintenance of Air Compressors, Chillers and Ammonia Compressors.
4. Ensuring safety at work place.
5. Adhering quality, safety and environment policy.
6. Carrying out the activities assigned by the Engineer/manager and ensuring timely completion.
7. Maintaining good housekeeping at working areas.
8. Co-ordination and execution of Plant day to day activities.
9. Co-ordination and execution of General break down activities of Utilities.
