Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Qualification and Validation

2. Quality Management System

3. Quality Compliance

4. Training

Responsible For:1. Preparation and or review of qualification protocols for equipment / instrument / utility.

2. Carrying out qualification activities for equipment / instrument / utility.

3. Preparation & review of qualification report for equipment / instrument / utility.

4. To ensure that Equipment / instrument / utility qualifications are performed before use.

5. Preparation and review of computer system validation deliverables.

6. Preparation and review of Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Hold
Time study protocols & reports.

7. Preparation and review of annual qualification planner, risk assessment.

8. To participate deviations / failure investigations related to equipment / instrument / utility and process.

9. Preparation and review of standard operating procedures.

10. To initiate Quality Management System elements like Change Control Deviation, CAPA.

11. GMP & abiding and ensuring compliance with the Health, Safety & Environment policy.

12. Ensure integrity of data at workplace.

13. Participate in inter and intra departmental meetings/ Discussions to fulfill the companies’ objectives.

14. Maintain confidentiality, ensure safe custody and efficient handling of company document and materials.

15. Preparation and review of apex documents like Validation master plan,computer system validation plan.

16. Certified / approved trainer.

17. To follow the standard operating procedures deployed at site.

18. To follow health & hygiene practices.
