- Shifts: 24×7 rotational (Including Night Shifts)
- Experience: 0-5 years
- Qualification: Full-time Graduates

What You’ll Do:
- Be the voice of the brand resolve customer queries via calls, chat, and email.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with empathy and efficiency.
- Own and resolve issues independently with analytical thinking.
- Respect customer time and ensure every interaction adds value.
- Thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Have experience to handle International Clients – Mandatory
- Excellent communication skills.
- Quick problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 setup.
- A proactive mindset and strong time management.
