• Position: Manager – Plasma Sourcing
• Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Life Science or Pharmacy, or MBA with specialization in healthcare marketing or supply chain.
• Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in plasma/blood sourcing or healthcare marketing.

Job Location: Plasma Fractionation Centre

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor and analyze market trends, plasma supply-demand dynamics, competitor strategies, and pricing models.

· Identify new regions and blood banks for plasma collection based on market potential and regulatory compliance.

· Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders including blood banks, government bodies, and supplies.

· Track government tenders, policy updates, and regulatory changes impacting plasma/blood sourcing.

· Drive participation in tenders and explore collaboration opportunities for expanding plasma sourcing network.

· Monitor adherence to regulatory and ethical standards across the sourcing network.

· Collaborate with internal teams(Regulatory, Quality, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations.

· Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for senior management review.

· Strong focus on required compliance across the sourcing network.

· Willing to travel as required.

Candidates having good knowledge of Plasma fractionation processes, experience in stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance and tender management will be given preference.
