We are pleased to invite experienced professionals for Walk-In Interviews at Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd. SEZ Plant for our OSD Packing facility.

• Experience: – 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in OSD Packing operations/Sterile Manufacturing
• Department: – Injectable Manufacturing
• Qualification: – Diploma / ITI

Job Description: –

• Operating and monitoring OSD Packing equipment such as Blister Packing, Strip Packing, Bottle Packing, Cartoning, and Serialization machines
• Line setup, changeover, and clearance activities as per approved SOPs
• Execution of packing operations in compliance with cGMP and data integrity requirements
• Preparation, review, and compliance of Batch Packing Records (BPR)
• In-process checks, reconciliation of packing materials, and yield monitoring
• Handling deviations, incidents, and supporting investigations
• Ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety, quality, and cGMP standards
• Maintaining proper housekeeping and discipline in packing areas
• Supporting audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements as needed
