Walk- in Drive | Engineering Apprentice

• Education UG: B.Tech/B.E. – Bachelor of Technology / Engineering in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

Role & responsibilities:

1. Responsible for review of operation, activity log book, activities in Engineering department.

2. Responsible for preparation & review of qualification documents, SOPs, QMS documents.

3. Responsible for execution planned / unplanned maintenance activity.

4. Responsible for calibration and AMC related activity.

5. Preparation of Documents (Process Equipments, HVAC, Water system and other Utility equipments) along with QMS Activities for Project.

6. Project site execution activities, monitoring, liaison and co-ordination with consultant, vendor, and cross functional team.

7. To monitor, review and update progress of execution and qualification activity for facility.

8. Responsible for review of operation, activity logbook and activities for HVAC, Utility, Process Equipment and water system in engineering department.

9. Responsible for preparation/review of qualification & validation documents. Responsible for supervising vendor activity.

10. Checking and verification of preventive maintenance activity for all Engineering streams. Responsible to review and remediation of maintenance request.

11. Responsible to attain all planned / unplanned maintenance activity as per SOP and in line with good engineering practices.

12. Preparation of qualification documents like DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ. SOP and other required documents like Addendum study protocols preparation.

13. To provide Engineering support to concern departments. Machine / System up gradation considering cGMP aspect.

14. Responsible for preventive maintenance, building maintenance inspection.

15. Responsible for maintaining logbooks, GMP documents etc.

16. Responsible for signing of PM schedule.

17. Responsible for reconciliation of documents through DMS system.
