Overview of the role:

The abstractor would be responsible for managing US physicians documentation on the electronic platform.

The abstractor would electronically receive scanned documents from the clinic, which needs to be indexed and filed in the electronic health record.

The abstractor will need to abstract relevant information from these documents in each patients account.

The filed and abstracted data will be approved / rejected by the physician. Rejected document needs to be corrected by the abstractor and resented for physician approval.

Responsibilities:

Understand clinical and non-clinical documents received from the clinic

Understand the document type for filing the document

Understand the naming convention for indexing the document

Abstract relevant clinical data like impression from diagnostic or lab reports in patients electronic account.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only Science graduate, freshers can also apply (M.Pharma, B.pharma,B.sc,M.pharma,M.sc, Bsc, Msc)
• Willing to work day shift (8am to 5pm, 5 days working)

Basic requirements for the walk-in interview:

• Updated CV and Adhaar card is mandatory.
• Candidate should be single dose vaccinated at least.
