Job Description: Greeting from Ipca Laboratories Limited!!!!

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing execution of day-to-day production activities.
• Responsible for guiding and coaching employees, monitoring their productivity, and overseeing regular equipment safety and maintenance.
• Responsible for performing batch execution in Sterile Injectable lines (Tofflon & B&S) manufacturing and packaging.
• Responsible for execution and review of Documentations, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Production Records) and Logbooks.
• Responsible for ensuring product quality by maintaining cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Responsible for handling bottle packing, tube filling and bulk packing activities.
• You will be a training coordinator through LMS (Learning Management system).
• Responsible for initial investigation of incidents.
• Responsible for generating the process order number.
• You shall have good knowledge of QMS activities, EDMS, & Trackwise.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate should have minimum 03-08 years of experience in reputed pharmaceutical industry
• Candidate should be from Formulation/Injectables industry only.
• Should have good communication skills.

Role & responsibilities:

1) Document control.

2) Change management

3) Handling of investigations ( Deviation, OOS, OOT, Market Complaint)

4) Handling of vendor qualification.

5) Handling of Equipment qualification and Process Validation.

6) IPQA activities for Injection & OSD.

* QA (Formulation) experience preferred.

Experience Required: 03 to 08 Years in reputed Pharmaceutical company.

Education: B.Pharma/M.Pharma/M.Sc.
